* If it is your first massage with me, please do arrive 10minutes early since you will need to fill a consultation form and I will go through it with you. Any other time please do arrive 5minutes early. The more time I have for the actual massage the better.
* Before and at the end of the treatment we'll have consultations. I will give you some "aftercare advice" as well as a feedback which will help you to improve your muscle tone, any dryness on your skin or if you are suffering from poor circulation on any area(s) on your body, etc.
* If you are receiving a chiropractic treatment regularly, as your practioner might have already told you that it is best to have a massage before or after (or both times) because massage gets your muscles ready for your practioner before and it helps you to maintain the treatment you received (and its benefits) last longer after.
* If you enjoyed your treatment, please mention it to your loved ones/friends. 5 referral will win you a half price treatment of your choice (or a half price gift certificate) and 10 referral will win you a free treatment of your choice (or a free gift certificate)! I keep a good track of it and a printed-out status is available on request.
* When you are massaged, you may go into a sleep state called "Alpha level of sleeping". You will be half asleep/half awake so you won't miss out anything. Do not fight against it otherwise your muscle brain will be too busy to enjoy and benefit from your massage.
Even if you don't normally snore, you may snore in that state of sleep and it's very natural. Do not let it interrupt your "Alpha" level of sleeping, it is music to a massage therapist's ears and we mean it!
* Ask massage Gift Certificates from your loved ones for all occasions (such as Birthdays, Christmas, New Year, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day etc.) so that you can get massaged more often!
* Please put your email address on your Consultation Form and my email address, tonehoustontx@yahoo.com, on your contacts list. I will send you a detailed After Massage Report about the treatment we had. You will only receive once a month my monthly newsletter (which is very informative and with useful articles) and a reminder, that's all! You don't receive junk mail from me and that's a promise!
* My appointment days are on Mon, Tue, Fri and Saturdays. The times available are 9, 11am, 1, 3 and 5pm.
* I donate $1 for each massage I deliver to Breast Cancer Awareness. Actually it's you who donates, so thank you!
